Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas, techniques like trigger point release and myofascial release can alleviate these common issues.

The goal of deep tissue massage is to release the tension in the deeper layers of muscle and fascia, which can help reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance athletic performance.

Deep Tissue Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massage is a treatment that centers around the stretching and manipulation of the muscles. Swedish massage techniques are incorporated which can involve long strokes, kneading and deep circular movements.

Relaxation techniques can be included in the treatment plan for stress relief, to decrease pain and muscular tension.

Therapeutic/Relaxation Massage Therapy

Pediatric massage is a specialized form of therapy that focuses on the unique needs of each child. Gentle techniques are used to ease discomfort, reduce anxiety, and promote relaxation.

Pediatric Massage: For ages 7-12

Youth Massage: For ages 13-17

Cupping increases blood circulation to the area that has any fascial restrictions. Cupping can relieve muscle tension,  improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair.
This involves suctioning the skin with plastic or silicone cups. 

Benefits: improve blood flow, boost immune function, remove toxins, release fascial restrictions, formation of new connective tissues, create new blood vessels in the tissue and reduce pain.

Therapeutic/Deep Tissue with Cupping

Pregnancy places unique demands on your body, and massage can provide safe, effective relief during every stage. Prenatal massage is designed to ease muscle tension, reduce swelling, and support your changing posture while promoting deep relaxation for both you and baby.

Benefits may include reduced low back, hip, and pelvic pain, improved circulation, decreased swelling in the legs and feet, better sleep, and relief from stress and anxiety.

For your comfort, I use a specialized pregnancy pillow that allows you to safely lie face-down or side-lying, so you can fully relax and receive the relief your body needs without pressure on your belly.

This treatment is tailored to each stage of pregnancy and focuses on comfort, safety, and nurturing care.
